I have not found that the patches help me fall asleep faster. However, once asleep, I sleep more soundly and fall back to sleep more quickly if I wake up.

I was definitely skeptical when I tried the GNPs, but then I did and I had a full night's sleep. I think I've had 3 magical full nights of sleep in my entire adult life. No morning grogginess, no sleeping drug hangover, and most of all, no fake melatonin (the kind you take is NOT the same as the kind your body makes) riddling my brain into super visceral nightmare land.
