Good Night Patches

After trying this sample patch set, I can say they all have been very helpful to me. The only patch I didn’t notice much effect from was the calm. The focus patch is very useful to combat brain fog from Mercury poisoning. The sleep patch works also when I am restless and put it on during the night.

This is the only thing that helps my husband sleep. Has to wear them a few nights consistently, but then he's getting better sleep and more sleep.

I love all of the patches, but the good night ones are an absolute game changer. I have trouble actually staying asleep even with sleep aids. Having this patch on is the perfect solution. I used to get up once an hour to go to the restroom. It turns out it was because I was sleeping too lightly so I'd wake up over any small thing.
