    Slept better for a few years

    I've used these patches in conjunction with other OTC and prescription medication and it's the best sleep I've had pretty much in my life. The most consistent sleep. I did lots of experimenting the first year I took making sure it made a difference and wasn't just coincidence. Now I don't sleep about that nightly.     I only have good dreams

    I hardly ever never Have nightmares but for some reason Whenever I take melatonin here they come they're terrible horrible nightmares I lose sleep I get edgy and I'm stressed out these patches are a game changer they've lead me to a soothing restful sleep and I only have good dreams
