All orders within the United States receive expedited 2-3 day shipping, and we typically get orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm PST.

We're committed to fulfilling your order as soon as possible, so we stick to reliable shippings solutions like USPS, FedEx and UPS. We'll send you order tracking details when it's leaving the warehouse.

Since the turnaround time on packages is so fast, changing an order after it’s been placed can be tricky, but contact us at support@vibrants.com with the correct address, and we'll get it fixed right away.

If you've double checked your mail delivery area or home and your order is still missing, contact us at support@vibrants.com. We'll get things resolved as quickly as possible.

If you're not feeling satisfied, email refunds@vibrants.com with 30 days and we'll get you a full refund — no questions asked. We'll confirm your refund and provide a shipping label to return unopened products.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, but may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account statement. If still do not see your refund after two weeks, please email us at refunds@vibrants.com and we'll get to the bottom of it.
