Refund policy
30-Day Return Window
At Vibrants, we understand the importance of satisfaction with your patch purchases. You have 30 days from the day you receive your patch to initiate a return if it's not quite what you expected.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, the remaining patches should also be in its original packaging with any accompanying tags. No more than a 30-day supply should be missing when returns are made. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Starting Your Return
If you wish to return a patch, please reach out to us at refunds@vibrants.com. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your patch. Remember, returns without prior approval won't be accepted.

Inspecting Your Order
Upon receiving your order, please check your patches right away. If there's an issue – whether it's a defect, damage, or if you've received the wrong design – contact us immediately so we can promptly address and rectify the situation.
Exceptions to Our Policy
There are a few items that can't be returned:
- Custom-made patches tailored to your specifications.
- Wholesale bulk orders.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you're uncertain about whether your item is returnable, please reach out to us.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different patch, the best course of action is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is processed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned patch, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
