You can cancel at any time without penalty by going to “My Account” and following the cancellation instructions under the “My Product Subscriptions” tab. You will not be provided a refund for any amounts charged prior to cancellation. A subscription discount cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount code on vibrants.com.

When viewing the a product page, click on "Subscribe and Save" and choose your delivery frequency before adding the item to your bag. The 15% discount will be automatically applied to your purchase and we'll send a confirmation email when your next order is ready to ship. You can change, pause, or cancel your subscription at anytime.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive your tracking information via email. If you haven't received your tracking information and it has been over 2 full business days, please contact us at support@vibrants.com.
Once you are in the Customer Portal, you will click the Subscriptions tab from the left-hand menu. If you no longer want to continue your subscription, click on the Actions button found next to the subscription you want to cancel and then select Cancel from the dropdown menu.
