Good Night Patches

I have suffered from chronic ******** my entire life, I’ll be 44 in a month. It has been really bad in recent months. I do like prescription sleeping meds, the side effects have been horrific. Sleep walking, bouncing off walls and furniture, waking up bruised from head to toe. Hallucinations from one. That awful drugged hungover feeling. I’ve tried all sorts of holistic and home remedies. I won’t list them all, but more than likely if you think it I’ve tried it.

The first night I used a patch, I put it on my upper arm. It did nothing. I tossed and turned and didn’t sleep more than an hour or so of broken sleep. The usual. The second night I put it on the issue of my wrist. I fell asleep within the hour, and I stayed asleep for 5 hours straight! I woke up, went to the bathroom, and fell right back asleep!! When I woke up in the morning I was not groggy at all, it felt so unusual at first, but wonderful!

I used up the rest of the trial pack and every night the same results. One night I slept from 10 pm to 4:30 am straight! So I ordered more and I have now been using these every night for 5-6 weeks. I have had maybe 3-4 nights of slightly restless sleep, nothing like before. All other nights I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep until around 1, wake up go right back to sleep, or I’m awake awake at about 4:30. I never have a groggy or hungover feeling.
