I have had difficulty with sleep, for about 33 years. I have added and subtracted many medications both prescribed and over the counter. Good nights probably 6-7 good hours, bad, well you can figure that out, zilch. I think I have used the patches for a little more than a week. They stay on really good. They seem to help, I nod off faster, and tend to stay in bed longer. At some point I will order again.
