I love all of the patches, but the good night ones are an absolute game changer. I have trouble actually staying asleep even with sleep aids. Having this patch on is the perfect solution. I used to get up once an hour to go to the restroom. It turns out it was because I was sleeping too lightly so I'd wake up over any small thing. With these patches I sleep for at least 5-6 hours straight.
