I like that it is transdermal so I do not have to worry about interacting with my herbs and vitamins. The adhesive is general so no irritation or redness while wearing the patch or after taking it off. Definitely give this a try!

I'm going to admit...I was skeptical of how effective these would be. I generally only get 5 1/2 hours of sleep a night and it's always poor quality.
