I really like these as much as the pain patches. I am sleeping a solid 4 hours now which is much better than the 1-2 hours I was sleeping. Still not exactly sure how these work but they do and that’s all that matters. I will continue buying them!

I wasn’t sure these would work, but they made me settle down enough to drift off to sleep. I like that they are drug free. I definitely recommend these. Just make sure you have enough time to sleep an ample amount of time so that you don’t feel laggy when you wake up.
