Put on the 1st “calm down” patch and I was pretty much calm because of it to my surprise. Thought maybe it was because I was consciously aware of having a patch on so I tried it again and again it seemed to do the trick to keep me more calm than usual. I’d say I’ll stick with these until I don’t see the value in them -which obviously I am hopeful they stay true to their purpose and calm my ******* as needed.

I have never used a patch for anything. These work so fast. I have a panic disorder and an ******* disorder with a side salad of depression, agoraphobia and ADHD. Not to mention extreme stress. I slap one of these on my forearm on the veins about half way down the arm and within about 10-20 min. I am just chill, quiet, my mind is relaxed, I’m not really stressed. Maybe slightly tired but just chill mostly. It’s peace in a patch.
