    Slept better for a few years

    I've used these patches in conjunction with other OTC and prescription medication and it's the best sleep I've had pretty much in my life. The most consistent sleep. I did lots of experimenting the first year I took making sure it made a difference and wasn't just coincidence. Now I don't sleep about that nightly. I don't even care that I don't fully get what they are. They're marvelous and what do you got to lose besides sleep?
