These worked well for me, I toss and turn a lot throughout the night as well as struggle with staying asleep past 3-5 am because of it. These patches definitely helped me fall asleep quickly & most importantly they helped me stay in a deep sleep for much longer than usual. Was it perfect sleep? No, Did they stop me from tossing & turning entirely? No. But they did help tremendously and for that it’s worth it.

I was impressed by the beautiful presentation and quality of the packaging. I have only been using the patches for a couple of weeks, and have also been on medication that confuses the issue. However I do appear to be sleeping better and am less stressed by living with a chronic illness with painful symptoms.

After wearing them for a week I noticed that I did not need them as I was getting immediately tired in bed on my own. As I realize I am having some worse sleep nights i put the patches back on and they work.

I absolutely love these and stay stocked. They definitely work and there's no drugs or sideffects. Put them on a hour or so before bed and relax, I like to meditate, and then drift to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed!! Love em!!
