I have a ton of trouble sleeping. I was impressed with how much these patches work. The first time I tried it the patch helped me fall asleep and even though I woke up a few times, I was able to go back to sleep. It seemed to also reset my sleep cycles where I was able to sleep the next few nights without anything. There have been a few times that I wore the patch and still didn't sleep, but I would still recommend them.
