I haven't even been on them two weeks yet. Only a few days after receiving the trials I ordered more. I stumbled upon these online looking for stress relief. They have helped immensely. My mind isn't constantly racing anymore. And I have less heart flutters and more relaxation and pain relief. I would recommend placing the path on ur back a little away from the spine or shoulder on the back. where there is less movement. So that you get the full 48 hours. Placement on wrist and arm didn't stay on the full two days. I asked if this was ok. It is. It can be placed anywhere. Also the owner Trevor is amazing. They are super responsive and caring. It's been a breath of fresh air being in contact. As I had trouble with placement. Very nice people, def have my business.

I have been using the pain and focus patches and my teen daughter has been using the calm patch. I noticed an improvement in my low back pain right away and can feel it return when it’s time for a new patch. I think the attention patches do help me with focus because I have been much more productive since starting them. My daughter didn’t notice the patch helping her until she forgot to put it back on last week. Then she really noticed the difference in how much it keeps her daily worry at a minimum while at school. I don’t understand how these work. The results aren’t like medication. They are subtle but effective. We will continue to use them. Only stars however because we both get skin irritation from the adhesive on the patches. Redness & rash sometimes. Not bad enough to stop. Also we would prefer a less obvious color. People are always asking, it’s embarrassing and personal for my daughter.
