I got the trial pack. Super skeptical. I have AS and horrible SI joints. I put one on my middle upper spine and one on my right si joint. The difference of those 2 days was awesome. My hip didn't bother me more than a slight irritation and it's usually so bad I walk with a cane alot and I'm only 34. After 2 days I took em off and replaced with 2 new ones. I did that for an entire week to see the difference. They're definitely in my cart and I'm going to be an avid buyer as long a funds are there.
