Vibrants Bounce Back patches significantly ease the pain in my arthritic shoulder that the doctors tell me should be replaced. It works as least as well as the steroid injections and is helping me to tolerate pain as I prepare for surgery at some point in the next year. I also like that they adhere well, even in the shower, and are easy to put on and remove. They seem to be effective for at least 48 hours if I place them in a good spot.

I've been using these patches for a few years now at least and I still don't quite understand how they work, all I know is that they do work. I have severe lower back, SI joint, hip pain. I've used them on my neck for tension headaches, on my temple for migraines. They're so versatile.
My reason for giving only four stars is that they changed the patches. The colored area on top flakes off now And sometimes even the entire red layer slides off. And the adhesive is definitely less sticky. they curl up on the edges very easily now which was not something that they did before the "new look" and then when I go to use the restroom they snag on my pants and come off and for the price, to waste one like that or for me sometimes two or three because I do wear multiples at one time, that's become frustrating. I would love to see the original patches come back. I can tell these new ones have definitely gone down in quality.
That being said, they are the only thing that gets me through between corticosteroid injections.
