These patches do help me get a more restful night sleep. It took about a week to notice a difference but I am happy with this product! I also love the pain patches which I also give 5 stars. I have had neck issues for years which results in constant burning pain between my shoulder blades but once I started using the pain patches the burning pain is about 90% better making it bearable to continue with my daily routine. I highly recommend both.
